Organisers of the National Countrysports Fair are delighted to welcome Countryside Alliance Ireland (CAI) once again as a major exhibitor at the 2013 fair. 

 

CAI Chief Executive, Lyall Plant said "Our vision is of a vital, working and thriving countryside for the benefit of the whole nation. We work for everyone who loves the countryside and the rural way of life.  Through campaigning, lobbying, publicity and education we influence legislation and public policy that impacts on the countryside, rural people and their activities.  The National Countrysports Fair is the perfect forum for CAI to meet and engage with our members and supporters."

Free Valuation by Bonham's of London on CAI Stand

Bonhams of London at Moira Game Fair Northern IrelandOne of the world's oldest and largest auctioneers of fine art, antiques and sporting guns, Bonham's of London, will be at this year's National Countrysports Fair at Moira Demesne on 25th & 26th May. The Bonham's name is recognised worldwide throughout all sectors of the fine art, antiques and collectors market, with several of its departments established world leaders within their specialist category.

Patrick Hawes, Head of Department, Modern Sporting Guns at Bonham's will be the guest in the Countryside Alliance Ireland (CAI) marquee at the National Countrysports Fair.  He will be in attendance both days and available to provide valuations on sporting guns free of charge. Patrick is currently the head of the Modern Sporting Gun Department at Bonham's. He joined the company in 2006 after a number of years running the sporting gun department at another leading international auction house. Since then he has been responsible for the successful sale of a number of well-known collections including; Emil Rosner, Geoffrey Boothroyd and  Russel B. Aitken.

CAI and the Irish Sportsman and Sportswoman

There are many advantages to being a member of Countryside Alliance Ireland, but one of the key benefits of membership is the insurance cover provided within the membership subscription.  The insurance package provides Personal Accident cover and Employers', Public and Products Liability cover for eligible members whilst participating in a range of specific country pursuits that are defined as 'recognised activities'. 

Countryside Alliance Ireland's involvement at the Fair will once again be significant in 2012 and will cover all their major areas of work including shooting, hunting, stalking and angling.

Exhibiting alongside CAI in their marquee will be the British Deer Society (NI), the Sunnyland Beagles and of course Bonham's of London.  The CAI stand will be located alongside the show's main arena which is the centrepiece of this two day event at Moira Demesne.
