Catering at the Fair The National Countrysports Fair, operates a 'Northern Irish Food' policy with all areas offering, where possible, produce sourced in Northern Ireland, much of it from regional food producers.  It is estimated that over 75% of the food available at the 2013 National Countrysports Fair is grown and produced in Northern Ireland.  We acknowledge that many visitors will want to try cuisine from different areas of the world and while including such products, we encourage food providers to source local products here too. A wide range of bar and catering facilities are available at the National Countryside Fair including: Family Food Court offering traditional fast foods, French crepes, hog roast, venison, seafood, baked potatoes, Spanish paella and oriental cuisine.  Food Fair with lots of locally produced foods to sample and purchase ranging from savoury foods right through to hand-made fudge and chocolate and ice cream.  Traditional Beer Tent offering a range of local beers, stout, cider and spirits.  Northern Irish breakfasts will be served as will traditional lunches and afternoon tea
